The traineeship programme is intended for university graduates who wish to gain professional experience in a European Union agency and become familiar with its activities.<\/p>\n<p>The traineeships take place at Cedefop\u2019s headquarters in Thessaloniki, Greece. The 2026 traineeship programme starts on 1 October 2026 and has a duration of 10 months.<\/p>\n<p>The traineeships may be carried out in various areas of Cedefop\u2019s work. Trainees may contribute to the analysis of vocational education and training policies and systems, research on qualifications and skills, communication and dissemination of publications, information technology and administrative activities, as well as activities related to supporting the ReferNet network.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants must be citizens of the European Union or the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) countries, have completed at least three years of higher education studies (with a qualification at least at level 6 of the European Qualifications Framework \u2013 EQF), and have English language proficiency at a minimum of C1 level.
