Cedefop is one of the European Union's decentralized agencies, established in 1975. The agency assists the European Commission, EU Member States, and social partners in developing relevant European vocational education and training policies.
Mission and role
Our mission is to help the European Commission, Member States, and social partners develop a vocational training system that meets the changing needs of the labor market. We collect data, conduct research, and provide expert insights to help strengthen the supply of skills, promote lifelong learning, and ensure the recognition of qualifications across the European Union.
