Shaping learning opportunities and skills in Europe – time to commit
This document is a follow-up to the discussion paper published in 2020. The latter was intended to provide information on the Osnabrück Declaration on Vocational Education and Training (VET) and to identify the challenges and opportunities for VET up to 2030, which remain largely relevant today. However, five years on, as European VET prepares for a new Herning Declaration, it is time to revisit these assessments. Cedefop, celebrating its 50th anniversary, is taking the opportunity to revisit the challenges and opportunities identified in 2020, strategically assessing what they mean. learning opportunities and skills development in Europe today
